After breakfast together and a great devotion by Perry, we began the week with our Class of 19 students. After a time of introductions and sharing of individual backgrounds, Alan began the first module on Leadership & Organizational Structure. Our translators for the week are Pavlo and Olga, both of which we have worked with for years.

Perry helped the students in the class complete the DISC profile and understand how important it is to understand not only your own personality but to appreciate the strengths of other people who are different from you.

After class, the team was treated to dinner at the home of Pavlo and Helen. We had a wonderful dinner and time of reflection about our ministry in Lviv – what is working well and what are our challenges.
